Regional Airport Certification Bulletins are notices issued by the FAA Central Region intended to supplement current Part 139 regulations and FAA issued CertAlerts. These bulletins are intended to keep airport operators within the four-state Central Region (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska) informed of airport certification related changes and to distribute information that would benefit airport operators at certificated airports within the Central Region. These bulletins do not create or modify existing FAA Part 139 policy.
