What are Submit Recovery Note:
Recoveries indicate the date when a mark was found
or searched for but not found.

The condition of the mark is also provided
and is sometime accompanied by Recovery Text

Here is a typical Recovery Text:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION WIDENED INTERSECTION OF 49TH STREET AND 118TH AVE
MARK WAS LOCATED WITHIN NEW CONSTRUCTION AREA.

You may submit recovery information over the Web

You may include several lines of recovery note text if desired.

In the future the Recovery Entry Page will allow for the inclusion of digital photographs.
For now if you wish to submit digital photographs of a recovery location to NGS,
please follow the instructions specified below.
