What Were the TA Process Objectives?

State teams were encouraged to access TA when they needed assistance with specific tasks or State team action planning-related processes. TA was designed to support a State team’s efforts and help to avoid specific problems.

In addition, TA process objectives were developed to:

  • Identify critical TA needs of States and Territories
  • Design and provide TA to help States and Territories enhance collaboration and implement action plans
  • Help coordinate and utilize Federal resources in a strategic, coordinated, and non-duplicative manner
  • Create and disseminate TA tools and models.

NOTE: TA is no longer being offered under this completed project.
