General InformationConference Agenda (PDF) The ConferenceFor the first time, the FAA and MAMA are holding their conferences consecutively in the same location. The FAA Conference will be from October 27-29, 2008 and will begin with a reception followed by a series of informative workshop sessions and will end after lunch on Wednesday. The MAMA Conference will begin Wednesday afternoon, includes a dinner Wednesday night and concludes on Thursday.Who Should Attend?Airport industry professionals, including airport owners, operators, board members, local government officials, state aeronautical staffs, planners, engineers, consultants, operations personnel, airport users and students in the fields of aviation.Certificates of AttendanceCertificates of attendance will be made available to all registered attendees.LocationThe conference will be held at the Doubletree Boston/Bedford Glen, 44 Middlesex Turnpike in Bedford, Massachusetts. A limited number of hotel rooms have been held for the FAA Conference. Call (781) 275-5500 before September 27, 2008 to get the reduced rate of $115.ExhibitsThe exhibit area will be open Monday evening for the reception and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during conference hours.RegistrationRegister online, via fax or by mail. Conference SynopsisConference ObjectivesA forum for aviation interests within the six-state New England Region (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine) to discuss topics and concerns related to airports and aviation. This conference provides an excellent opportunity to expand knowledge of aviation issues, foster information exchange and establish networking relationships.
