MIPH Online Course Description

Photo taken at a recent MIPH coursePublic health management trainers from 63 countries have improved their management and training skills by attending the annual Management for International Public Health (MIPH) course that is offered every fall by the CDC in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The course, developed in collaboration with Emory University, equips participants with the knowledge and skills to bring about constructive and meaningful change in their countries and organizations. The course is based on a set of core public health management competencies and covers the following themes and topics:

Managing Public Health Programs

Managing in a Changing Environment

Training of Trainers
