The Forest Service is entering into a partnership with USDA and Asian Pacific Americans in Higher Education (APAHE) to establish the Research, Employment and Access Program (REAP). The program's objectives are to improve the representation of the Asian Pacific Americans in USDA and their access to USDA programs and services, and to remove the glass ceiling and other career advancement barriers for APA employees in USDA. |
