Tom Morris

 

Tom Morris is now the associate administrator for ORHP. Morris served as ORHP’s acting associate administrator since February 2008. He was previously ORHP’s deputy associate administrator, and before that he was a grants project officer and policy coordinator in the office. Morris came to HRSA in 1996 as a Presidential Management Intern and completed details in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and in the U.S. Senate. See Morris’ full bio.

Willie Brown

 

Willie Brown is the new deputy director in OFM’s Division of Financial Policy and Controls. Brown has over 20 years of experience working at the Federal level in budget execution, financial management and grants. Prior to joining HRSA, he served as a team leader in the Administration for Children and Families, Office of Grants Management.

Reva Harris

 

Reva Harris is a management analyst in OM’s Division of Policy Review and Coordination (HRSA’s Exec Sec). Harris serves as the delegations control officer and manual policy coordinator for HRSA. She previously served as a program analyst at NIH, National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences.

Loretta Ellison

 

Loretta Ellison is a new staff assistant in OA. Ellison recently served as a staff assistant in HRSA’s Office of International Health Affairs/Office of Commissioned Corps Affairs.

Office of Information Technology (OIT)


Alice Kroliczak

 

Alice Kroliczak is the new director of OIT’s Division of Business Information Management. In her previous years of service in HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), Kroliczak held positions as a deputy division director and branch chief and took the lead on developing post-award data reporting systems for HAB grantees.

Brigette Murray

 

Brigette Murray is a new team leader in OIT’s Division of Capital Planning and Project Management and the manager of OIT’s Capital Planning and Investment Control Program. Murray previously worked for the U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, where she ran their Investment Portfolio Program.

Arun Acharya

 

Arun Acharya is a new management analyst in OIT’s Division of Capital Planning and Project Management, and is responsible for developing and deploying HRSA’s Enterprise Project Lifecycle. Acharya has prior experience in the private sector in project management. He also worked for the Library of Congress many years ago.

Paul Davidson

 

Paul Davidson is a new information technology specialist in OIT’s Division of Enterprise Solutions, Development, and Management; Custom and Transitional Solutions Branch. Davidson served at FDA as a contractor, then as an employee, and worked in the private sector as a systems analyst and IT project manager.

Julie Sothoron

 

Julia (Julie) Sothoron is the new team leader for OIT’s Division of Business Information Management, Web site Operations Branch. Sothoron previously worked for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Web Communications and New Media Division, where her primary focus was Section 508 for all department Web sites.

Amanda Cash

 

Amanda Cash is a new public health analyst in OPE’s Research and Data Policy Group. Cash recently completed a fellowship in HRSA’s Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Office of Women’s Health.

Robyn Schulhof

 

Robyn Schulhof is a new public health analyst in MCHB’s Division of Research, Training and Education where she will work on the newly funded Combating Autism Act grants. Schulhof previously spent nine years in HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau, Division of Science and Policy, working on the Special Projects of National Significance Program.
