HIV/AIDS Programs: Reporting Requirements

 

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual Data Report (RDR): Data Support

 

In order to meet funding requirements, service providers funded by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program must complete the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual Data Report (RDR) detailing information on all the clients they served during the course of the calendar year.

The 2008 annual grantee mailing that details provider verification and Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Data Report (RDR) submission processes was sent to all grantees.

Training materials from the 2008 regional trainings and the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the RDR are now available.

Dates to Remember!

01.05.09 Web system open for data entry.

03.16.09 (6PM EDT) All data reports must be created and in "Review" status
03.23.09 (6PM EDT) Last day grantees can return data reports to the service providers for corrections.
03.30.09 (6PM EDT) Grantees must have all reports approved

In order to meet funding requirements, service providers funded by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program must complete the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual Data Report (RDR) detailing information on all the clients they served during the course of the calendar year.

Agencies should utilize the current versions of all documents (see dates below) when preparing their data for submission.

Provider Verification (Contents of December Mailing)
Grantees should certify their provider lists through the EHBs prior to the Web system’s opening on January 5, 2009. Contact Data Support for assistance making provider list changes.
