  • Rules of behavior must be read and agreed to before access to WRS is allowed
  • The FSR previously utilized by the SDS program is now called the SDSPR
  • Modification to the race and ethnicity categories in the SDSPR form
  • “More than one race” added as an option under race and ethnicity in the SDSPR form.
  • A paper, hardcopy submission of the OMB's FSR report (SF-269A) is now required
  • Reports are not considered complete and submitted if the AO does not approve and certify the report(s)
  • Failure of the AO to certify may jeopardize the potential for future awards.
