job seekers and employers connect. When you register as a job seeker, you
can search job openings and post your resume. Employers can announce jobs
and fill positions with this national resource of skilled and qualified
employees. |

The Occupational Information Network - O*NET database takes
the place of the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT) as the
nation's primary source of occupational information. The O*NET
database and related products will help millions of employers,
workers, educators, and students make informed decisions about
education, training, career choices, and work. This O*NET webpage
correlates Military Occupational Codes with civilian codes.

The Small Business Administration (SBA), established by Congress in 1953,
facilitates the environment necessary for America’s small businesses
to succeed. SBA functions are to aid, counsel, assist and protect,
insofar as is possible, the interests of small business concerns.
SBA is to also ensure small businesses obtain a fair proportion of government
contracts and sales of surplus property.
SBA's Office of Veterans Business Development (OVBD). OVBD is dedicated
to serving the veteran entrepreneur by formulating, executing and promoting
policies and programs of the agency that provides assistance to veterans
