We are an entrepreneurial organization and a component of the VA Franchise Fund (VA Enterprise Centers) authorized under the Government Management Reform Act of 1994. We support our federal customers mission by furnishing them with debt collection and other competitively priced administrative services.

Our services are provided on a fee-for-service basis and pricing is based on individual requirements. Arrangements for our services are made through the use of a Franchise Agreement.
