The eAuthentication team has developed a new process to make it easier for you to
retrieve your forgotten User ID. The new Retrieve My Forgotten User ID is a self-service online process that will allow you to
retrieve your User ID without contacting the Help Desk.

Please go to Quick Links on the left navigation bar and click Update Your Account, click
Continue on the purple Warning screen, and then click Retrieve My Forgotten User ID
on the right navigation bar.

click on 3. Questions relating to Passwords and User IDs.
