Overview
Through ATS, an allocatee of the NMTC Program can report to the CDFI Fund
timely information regarding the issuance of its Qualified Equity Investments
by itself or any of its subsidiary CDEs to which the allocatee transfers
its allocation award (i.e., sub-allocatees).
Furthermore, ATS also allows the CDFI Fund to collect data to monitor an
allocatee’s compliance with its Allocation Agreement and provides it
with basic investor data, which may be aggregated and analyzed in connection
with NMTC Program evaluation efforts.
