In order to ensure that only the right individuals from your organization have access to the
grant information and the ability to perform post award activities, HRSA EHBs require all users
to explicitly request permissions to access a grant.
The project director (PD), whose name appears on the NGA is required to register first using the built in
process. This registration process is quick and easy and requires the PD to have the last NGA issued
by HRSA for verification. The entire registration process can be completed online without intervention
from any HRSA personnel.

All other users from the organization need to submit their registration requests to the project director.
The project director can then approve the request and grant necessary access rights so that the users can
view relevant information.
This process has to be carried out for each grant belonging to your organization.
