Acquisition Alert 06-05, Deemed Export - Compliance with Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security Export Administration Regulations.  This requirement is in accordance with the provisions of NAO 207-12, Technology Controls and Foreign National Access which was issued on May 19, 2006.

For any questions on Deemed Exports and its applicability to future solicitations/contracts, please review the Acquisition Alert, the NAO 207-12, and as needed, the Line Office/Corporate Office Deemed Export Controlled Technology Coordinators (CTC) found in the attachment entitled List of CTCs and Designated LO/CO Endorsement Officials which was issued by The CAOs office on May 19, 2006.
