Contracting Branch
This Branch is responsible for the acquisition of complex laboratory equipment, research and development, studies, services, supplies, telecommunications service and equipment, Information Technology equipment, software, maintenance, and related services, and for cooperative agreements in support of the NOAA Office of Atmospheric Research's Joint Institute Program.  This Branch also performs contract administration services to ensure compliance with the provisions of awarded contracts as a part of its overall procurement service to its clients.
