During this data capture trip, three boxes of information were reviewed. The boxes contained listings of buildings, organization numbers, and gamma and neutron information indexed into spreadsheets. Indexed 1972 and 1976 monthly external dosimetry reports were retrieved.

Information on health physics actions after the 1969 fire in Building 776 and on the quality and quantity of plutonium shipped to Rocky Flats (1952-1967) was retrieved during this data capture trip. In addition, documents were retrieved relating to environmental strontium sampling at Rocky Flats. Eleven boxes of information and 31 electronic files were reviewed. Six documents were retrieved.

During this data capture trip, four boxes of information were reviewed. The names of the first responders to the May 11, 1969 fire at the Rocky Flats Plant were retrieved. Reports detailing the root cause analysis of the fire were also retrieved along with two sets of pictures showing burned Plutonium and glove boxes as a result of the fire.
