CRIS Support is your one-stop resource for triaging questions or concerns related to CRIS and other ancillary applications such as ATV, eSphere, Viasys, ProVation and more. You can speak with a CRIS Analyst about issues related to CRIS: its functionality, many features, and any concerns. CRIS Support is available 24 /7.
CRIS analysts are specially trained to assist with CRIS questions related to: retrieval, order entry, clinical and medication documentation.
CRIS Security:
We also can assist with Security questions as they pertain to CRIS Access (obtaining a new CRIS account) and can reset your password as needed.
