From Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI):
Take I-95 or The Baltimore-Washington Parkway south toward Washington, DC. Take I-495 (Capital Beltway), heading west toward Silver Spring/Bethesda. Drive approximately 9 miles and take Exit 34 to Rt. 355 (Wisconsin Ave./Rockville Pike) heading toward Rockville. Drive approximately 2.4 miles and turn left onto Old Georgetown Road. At the second light, turn right onto Executive Boulevard. Continue to the first traffic light and turn left into the EPN complex. Take a ticket at the parking toll booth.

From Dulles International Airport:
Head east on the Dulles Airport Access Road for approximately 13 miles. Exit onto I-495 (Capital Beltway), heading north to Bethesda/Baltimore. From I-495, take Exit 38 (I-270) north to Rockville-Frederick. Get in the right-hand local lanes, proceed approximately 3 miles and take Exit 4A Montrose Road East. Drive 1.5 miles to 4th stop light. Turn right on Executive Boulevard. Continue to the first traffic light and turn right into the EPN complex. Take a ticket at the parking toll booth.

From Ronald Reagan Washington-National Airport:
Head north on the George Washington Parkway for approximately 5 miles. Exit onto I-495 (Capital Beltway), heading north to Maryland. From the I-495, take Exit 38 (I-270) north to Rockville-Frederick. Get in the right-hand local lanes, proceed approximately 3 miles and take Exit 4A Montrose Road East. Drive 1.5 miles to 4th stop light. Turn right on Executive Boulevard. Continue to the first traffic light and turn right into the EPN complex. Take a ticket at the parking toll booth.

From Baltimore and All Points North of Washington, DC:
Take I-95 south toward Washington, DC. Take I-495 (Capital Beltway), heading west toward Silver Spring/Bethesda. Drive approximately 10 miles and take Exit 34 to Rt. 355 (Wisconsin Ave/Rockville Pike) heading toward Rockville. Drive approximately 2.4 miles and turn left on Old Georgetown Road. At the second traffic signal, turn right on Executive Boulevard. Continue to the first traffic light and turn left into the EPN complex. Take a ticket at the parking toll booth.

From Eastern and Southern Maryland and All Points Southeast of Washington, DC:
At I-495 (Capital Beltway), head north toward Baltimore then west toward Silver Spring/Bethesda. From the Beltway (I-495), take Exit 34 which is Rt. 355 (Wisconsin Ave./Rockville Pike) and head north toward Rockville. Drive approximately 2.4 miles and turn left onto Old Georgetown Road. At the second traffic signal, turn right onto Executive Boulevard. Proceed to the first traffic signal and turn left into the EPN complex. Take a ticket at the parking toll booth.

From Virginia and All Points South of Washington, DC:
Take I-95 north toward Washington DC. At I-495 (Capital Beltway), head west toward Northern Virginia. Continuing on I-495, stay to the left to pick up I-270 at the split. On I-270 stay to the right in the local lanes and take Exit 4A Montrose Road -East. Proceed on Montrose (approximately 1.5 miles) to the 4th traffic signal and turn right on Executive Boulevard. Proceed to the first traffic signal and turn right into the EPN complex. Take a ticket at the parking toll booth.

The North Building (EPN) at 6130 Executive Blvd.

Metrorail service is available from Ronald Reagan Washington-National Airport and from Union Station (railway). Take Metro's Red Line to the White Flint Station. From the White Flint station, take a taxi to Executive Plaza.
