On September 21, 2007, Senator Johnny Isakson (R-GA) introduced a Resolution Supporting Efforts to Increase Childhood Cancer Awareness, Treatment, and Research. S. Res. 325 referred to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP). H. Res. 470 and S. Res. 307 are similar measures.

September 25, 2007 - The Senate passed S. Res. 325 by unanimous consent.
