H.R. 2764—The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008

On June 18, 2007, Representative Nita Lowey (D-NY) introduced H.R. 2764, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008. H.R. 2764 was referred to the House Committee on Appropriations.

FLOOR ACTION

December 17, 2007 - The House passed H.R. 2764 under a procedure by which separate votes were held on the war spending and domestic spending portions of the measure.

PRESIDENTIAL ACTION

December 26, 2007 - The President signed H.R. 2764 into law as P.L. 110- 161.
