P.L. 110-161 - The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008

On December 26, 2007, the President signed into law as Public Law 110- 161, H.R. 2764, the State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2008, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008. With the exception of the Department of Defense, this measure provides funding for all other agencies of government.
