H.R. 2989—Appropriations for the Departments of Transportation and Treasury, 2004

On July 30, 2003, Representative Ernest Istook (R-OK) introduced H.R. 2989, a bill making appropriations for the Departments of Transportation and Treasury, the Executive Office of the President, and certain independent agencies for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2004.  (Refer to S. 1589 for similar Senate legislation.)

COMMITTEE/SUBCOMMITTEE ACTION

September 9, 2003 - The House passed H.R. 2989 by a vote of 381 to 39.

October 23, 2003 - The Senate passed H.R. 2989 by a vote of 91 to 3.
