EPA approved Idaho's Department of Environmental Quality's Pack River Nutrient TMDLs (surface water quality improvement plans) (PDF) (60pp, 1.2Mb) on December 31, 2008.
EPA approved Oregon Department of Environmental Quality's TMDLs (surface water quality improvement plans) for temperature and bacteria for Rogue River Basin on December 29, 2008.
EPA Authorizes the State of Alaska to Assume Water Quality Permitting Authority
