The Challen Parish Register Typescripts (microfilm 23963) include parishes in London, the Midlands, and the southern counties. At the Library of Congress indexes and lists of additional parish records may be examined in the Microform Reading Room. The MicRR guide No. 50 (also microfiche 2282) indexes the Challen Typescripts and provides a list of additional parish registers available on microfilm in the room.
