Provide Support
The TRB Annual Meeting attracts more than 10,000 attendees. This is the second year commercial organizations are invited to showcase their products and services by exhibiting. You may also increase your visibility by becoming a TRB Annual Meeting Supporter. General and targeted support opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis to market your organization. Online application and payment guarantees immediate selection and confirmation of exhibit space.

Housing and Hospitality
The TRB Housing Bureau will manage all hotel reservations (including hospitality suites) for the meeting. Exhibitors and supporters should not call the hotels directly. Blocks of rooms are reserved for attendees and exhibitors. Exhibitor housing and requests for hospitality suites open Wednesday, September 24; links are provided in exhibitor confirmations.
Exhibit Venue
Expand your knowledge of the industry by visiting the exhibit hall to see a variety of transportation-related products and services showcased. Also on display will be exhibits from TRB sponsors on recent research projects and products. Available on this website in the fall, attendees will be able to view and interactively search for exhibiting organizations as well as view and print the floor plan in real time. Concessions will be available in the Atrium located outside Exhibit Hall C. The TRB booth features information about affiliate services, publications, the Cooperative Research Programs, the Transportation Research Information Services (TRIS), the Innovations Deserving Exploratory Analysis (IDEA) Programs, and the second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2).
