President Bush recently signed into law the Family Entertainment and Copyright Act of 2005. Among other provisions, this legislation contains important provisions regarding the National Film Preservation Board, the National Film Preservation Foundation, and changes to Section 108 of U.S. Copyright law aimed at improving public access to films; read more here.
