What is NEW with EBT?
Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT)
has had some changes in 2008!
Food Stamp Program now
known as SNAP
Effective October 1, 2008,
the Food Stamp Program became SNAP.
EBT Cardholders now
have access to their EBT account information
Online at:
www.ebtaccount.jpmorgan.com. To sign-on
Cardholders will
need their Active EBT card number and PIN. The web
access is safe and secure and offers unlimited access to
available balance and transaction history. A
Cardholder must still call the EBT Helpline (866-545-6502) to report a card
lost, stolen or damaged and to change the PIN if the PIN has
been forgotten. The access that Cardholders now have to their
Account Information via the Internet is as follows:

View Account Balances

View Transaction History
-
Search Transactions
-
Change PIN (Only if you know your
current PIN - If you do not know your current PIN you MUST
use the EBT Helpline).

Client can send e-mail to site to
obtain information 24/7

Account Information is updated in Real Time

Help Screens are also available to
assist with navigation and interpretation on the site.
Attention Cardholders
who receive Cash Benefits!
Surcharge Free ATM Services are now available
when using your Mountain State Card. For more

THE EBT HELPLINE HAS CHANGED! There are now
BALANCE INQUIRY CALL LIMITS:

Balance Inquiry Calls are
Limited to FIVE (5) a DAY.

The balances for the EBT Accounts
are no longer announced automatically.

Clients MUST select a menu option to
hear their EBT Account Balance(s).

Clients may still call with unlimited
access to report card lost, stolen or damaged; File a claim or change the PIN.

Clients will hear an announcement of
the number of calls the Cardholder has remaining for the Day after they have
selected the correct menu option for hearing their Account Balance(s).

Benefits are posted by 8:00 AM with
no further deposits until the next night.
