Seminar Series

DEFENSE TRANSFORMATION SEMINAR SERIES

This series addresses leading edge topics relevant to national security transformation. Past topics include network-centric operations, battlefield and military medicine transformation, energy security, and interagency cooperation, coordination, and intelligence and information sharing.

STABILITY OPERATIONS SEMINAR SERIES

This series provides a platform for education, discussion and outreach to the broad communities of practice and interest in the field of stability operations.

Defense Horizons
The purpose of this series is to provide a forum for discussion of the interrelationship between technology, security policy and national defense. The audience for these events typically consists of forty senior personnel from various government agencies, and from the local academic and think tank communities. Our approach is to invite government and non-government specialists in various national security topics to provide brief opening statements to frame the issues for a particular topic then participate in the discussion that follows. This series is made possible due to support from the National Defense University Foundation.
