Question: I am a parent and would like the point of contact for filing a discrimination complaint on behalf of my child who is a student at a DoDDS-Europe school. Where may I obtain information on this matter?

Answer: The Office of Compliance and Assistance is located in the Office of the Chief of Staff, DoDEA Headquarters. It receives and processes parental complaints submitted under Executive Order 13160. They may be contacted at 703-696-9051/9052 (phone), 703-696-3480 (facsimile) or through the DoDEA web link.

Our Mission
DoDDS.E Diversity Management and Equal Opportunity (DMEO) office provides technical and professional advice to DoDEA's worldwide workforce in accordance with Title VII (external) and applicable EEO requlatory guidelines which safeguard the workplace from discrimination based on sex, race, color, National Origin, age, disability, religion, and reprisal.

Our objective is to process complaints of discrimination in a timely manner, resolve workplace disputes at the lowest possible level, implement Affirmative Employment Initiatives, and identify systemic barriers and discriminatory practices that impede cultivation of a diverse workforce.
