The Contractor Administrative Budget and Financial Management System (CAFM) is a Model 204 automated system used to control the national budget of Medicare contractors.  CAFM serves as the vehicle for administering and monitoring the program payments of Medicare.  It is the mechanism used to report the results of program expenditures.
