This web site contains Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) manuals in electronic format. The Manuals are categorized into three areas: Domestic Programs, Port Programs, and Emergency Programs. A complete list of electronic manuals in alphabetical order is also available. Domestic Programs
Actions that result in the detection, eradication, containment, or suppression of pests or the protection of endangered plants within the United States.

Port Programs
Actions taken to exclude pests or to protect endangered plants through imported and exported articles.

Emergency Programs
Immediate actions taken to eradicate a pest from the United States.
