A Far East football play-off began this school year with six teams vying for two championships. The small schools’ championship was hosted by Daegu AS. The large schools had semi-final games played in Okinawa and Guam with the championship game played at Kadena HS on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. Next year’s small schools’ championship game will be played in Japan. The large schools’ semi-final games will be played in Japan (vs Korea) and Okinawa (vs Guam), with the championship game played at the winner of the Japan/Korea game.
