Rehire applicants who have worked for the Heritage Documentation Programs Division (HABS/HAER/HALS) between 2004 and 2008 need only submit UPDATES of the following:

1. U.S. Government Standard Form OF-612 (PDF) or Resume
   
   • include social security number and birth date
   • include all paid as well as unpaid experience which qualifies you for the position
   • You DO NOT have to specify whether you wish to work for HABS, HAER or HALS

3. Notification of Personnel Action (SF-50) from most recent federal employment
