    Wildlife Management Practices:

The US Army Corps of Engineers is one of the largest land owners in West Alabama with miles and miles of land along the banks of the Tombigbee and Black Warrior Rivers. Along with managing more than 30 public recreational areas, the Demopolis Site Office and Holt Site Office also manage over 10,000 acres for timber and wildlife opportunities.
