How to Add, Delete, or Make Changes to the Regulatory Branch Electronic Public Notice Mailing List. Upon request, anyone's name will be added, deleted, or modified in the electronic mailing to receive public notices. Please submit your information on the attached form.

Non-specific and/or administrative special public notices issued by the Baltimore District's Regulatory Branch will be listed as well. These special public notices solicit comments on a special issue or provide information to the public, such as changes to our regulations and policies, restricted areas, emergency permitting requirements, etc.

To send email comments to the respective Project Manager, click on the Project Manager's name, or contact the Regulatory Branch, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, P.O. Box 1715, Baltimore, MD 21203-1715. Comments made in reference to a Public Notice should include your name, address, and phone number. Please be sure to include the Public Notice Number or the Application Number on all correspondence to the District.
