This letter transmits the National Child Support Enforcement Strategic Plan for FY 2000-2004. We are pleased to report that State, local, tribal, and Federal partners developed the plan over the last several months, and consensus with State partners was reached on the new plan on June 13, 2000.

n January 1994, we temporarily suspended all new Program Results/Performance Measurements (PR/PM) audits. During this period, OCSE auditors have continued to provide assistance and valuable information to States on the accuracy, completeness and reliability of their collection, statistical, and expenditure reporting systems. We are now resuming the PR/PM audits.
