QUICK is an electronic application that allows caseworkers to view interstate case information in real time. This will allow caseworkers to view 34 different case activities underway or completed by another State.

As requested during the National Child Support Interstate and Systems Symposium last year, the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is supporting efforts to improve the business use of the Child Support Enforcement Network (CSENet) as part of its Continuous Service Improvement Initiative for Interstate Communications.

The need to reauthorize the standard interstate forms provides the opportunity to consider some revisions. In preparation for such considerations, the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) hosted a face-to-face work group meeting in Washington, DC from January 31 through February 2, 2007. The group was comprised of State representatives from across the Federal regions, Tribal representatives, OCSE Regional Offices and OCSE Central Office.

The Slovak Republic has asked the Office of Child Support Enforcement to inform state IV-D agencies who are experiencing difficulties sending collections electronically using the SWIFT network to send payments directly to custodial parents until more efficient methods of funds transfer are identified.

The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement published two notices in the Federal Register on December 19, 2003 (68 FR 70810 and 70811) requesting comments on the UIFSA standard interstate forms and the National Medical Support Notice and related annual burden estimates.

DCL-03-42, International Child Support Payments to the Slovak Republic

The Slovak Republic has informed the Office of Child Support Enforcement that it can no longer accept child support collections sent by paper check from state IV-D agencies. This DCL provides instructions for states to send collections by SWIFT (Society for Worldwide International Financial Telecommunication) wire transfer to the Slovak Republic.

DCL-03-22, Standard Interstate Child Support Enforcement Forms - Opportunity to Provide Input Prior to Official OMB Clearance Process
