The Judicial-Child Support Collaborative Planning Guide for Leading Change is a work product of the National Judicial-Child Support Task Force. This Planning Guide reflects the combined effort of professionals representing State and Tribal child support enforcement agencies, State courts, State court administrators, national court and judicial associations, and the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement. The Task Force recognizes that enhanced collaboration is a key to fulfilling our commitment to children and families.

DCL-03-01, Automating the Exchange of Court Data

Over the past year, the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) and the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) have worked together to explore automating the exchange of information between state and local Child Support Enforcement (CSE) agencies and courts. The projecte, funded by OCSE through a State Improvement Project (SIP) grant verified the feasibility of creating extensible Markup Language (XML) standards to exchange data.
