The curriculum for the Advanced Degree Program in Integrated Water Resources Planning and Management consists of nine “cornerstone” core courses providing grounding in key components of water resources planning and management. Students who have previously had any of these courses may have them waived, upon consulting with their university advisor. Unless otherwise specified by the given university, these are all three-credit courses. For a more complete description of each course refer to the participating universities. - Ecology for Water Resources Planning
- Engineering for Water Resources Planning

- Hydrology/Hydraulics/Climatology
- Quantitative Methods for Water Resources Planning
- Environmental Policy Analysis Capstone Seminar
