The following is a list of Individual Permits (Standard and Letters of Permission) that have been issued and denied in the Louisville District Regulatory Branch for the past month.  The list also includes either issued or denied permits that are currently under appeal review.  Copies of pertinent documents relating to these actions (i.e., statement of findings, record of decision) are available from the Louisville District Regulatory Branch upon written request and where applicable, upon the payment of administrative fees. Updated information will be available on the 15th day of each month.
