If you are accessing the EBIS website via the ABC-C homepage, you will first need to authenticate with your Army Knowledge On-Line (AKO) userid and password and then will need your SSN and 6-digit ABC-C PIN to log into EBIS. If you encounter any difficulties due to an AKO related issue, you can contact the AKO Helpdesk or contact them via email at help@us.army.mil
