By the way, most infringers misunderstand fair use. They always claim that defense and in my case, they always end up paying anyway. |
@physics700 It depends on how/why and if you have permission. With permission not theft. If fair use not theft. Anything else is theft. |
@brodiefoto I posted a small jpeg (with Copyright notice) on TWIP and Flickr. Doesn't matter - one place is all it takes for theft. Too bad. |
