OCC 2008-35, Civil Money Penalty—Inflation Adjustment Amendment: Final Rule HTML
Final rule (PDF 248KB) amends OCC rules of practice and procedure to adjust maximum amount of civil money penalties within its jurisdiction. It adds a penalty to OCC list regarding examiner post-employment restrictions. Effective December 10.
