The Global War on Terrorism
WITH THE TROOPS FROM NJ - Congressman Jim Saxton, third from right, catches up with Airmen from McGuire Air Force Base, Burlington County, N.J., who are stationed in Kuwait. McGuire AFB Vice-Commander, Col. Nick Sipos, is second to the left of Mr. Saxton.
Congressman Saxton led a bipartisan delegation to Guantanamo Bay Cuba July 11 to visit U.S. facilities handling suspects in the war on terrorism.
MOBILIZING MIGHT - Congressman Saxton is invited to observe troops being mobilized at Fort Dix for the war effort. The post mobilized hundreds of troops a day for deployment. The Reserve forces hailed from across the Eastern United States.

"Victory at all costs. Victory in
spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road
may be; for without victory there is no survival."
- WINSTON CHURCHILL, 1940
"The price of freedom, the cost
of confronting threats to the world, is once again a high price
to pay. America's bravest are risking their lives to make the
world a safer place. Some have paid the ultimate price."
- JIM SAXTON, 2003
