Did the 2.0.1 update on three iPhones yesterday. Why did my problems start the day of the update? Why don't backups work 2.0.1->2.0? |
@mattgriffin The volume rocker was uneven -- it was much harder to push one than the other. They said it wasn't a functional problem. |
@mattgriffin The first iPhone developed a crack, then the second had weird button problems (that Apple threatened to call "cosmetic"). |

@mattgriffin The visual representation of the audio wasn't lined up with the sound I heard when editing. They didn't know why, but fixed it. |
