If you would like to order a sample license plate, please submit a
letter with your plate choices, name, address, daytime phone and check or money order payable
to DMV or a Credit Card Authorization.
You may also order by fax. Include a Credit Card
Authorization for fees and fax to (775) 684-4797.
There is no fee for children who need a
standard Sunset sample plate for

Charitable groups which sponsor a specialty plate may
order souvenir versions of their own plate for fundraising purposes.
All other individuals and businesses may order souvenir plates in
the Sunset design only. |

Nevada Souvenir plates
feature custom letter & number combinations printed in red. Souvenir plates may not be used to register a vehicle.
One plate costs $15. Two through nine
plates in the same design cost $10 each. Ten or more plates in the
same design cost $2.50 each.
Any combination of up to 7 letters and numbers may be ordered provided
it is not offensive, does not conflict with Nevada standard plate
numbers and does not violate any trademark or copyright.

For mailed orders, include a check or money order payable
to DMV or a Credit Card Authorization.
