Room Rate Information:
 The Naples Grande is offering the prevailing Federal Per Diem Rate for the conference, which is $117 per night (plus 10% tax) with one or two people in a room (single or double occupancy). An additional charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will apply for each additional adult (up to four adults per room). Children age fifteen (15) and under stay free in the same room with parents.
The standard daily resort fee of $20.00 has been waived especially for our group, and ACES 2008 guests will have complimentary access to the resort fitness center.

Be sure to specify you are attending the ACES 2008: A Conference on Ecosystem Services. All hotel reservations must be made by Monday, November 10th , 2008. After this date, space is not guaranteed and reservations will be accepted based on availability at the hotel. (To receive tax exempt status, payment must be made in the form of a government issued check, credit card or purchase order, and, be accompanied by a Florida sales tax exemption certificate presented at check-in.)
 Special Instructions:
All reservations paying on own require a credit card or check to keep on file to cover (1) night’s room and tax. This credit card will not be charged at the time the reservation is made, however, will be kept on file. The individual may cancel their reservation without penalty no less than (7) seven days prior to the scheduled arrival. In the event the cancellation occurs within these (7) days of arrival or guests not arriving for a scheduled reservation the guest will be charged for the (1) night’s room and tax and the remainder of the reservation will be released. After arrival, guests departing earlier than reserved will be charged (1) night room and applicable tax.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- Adults are 15 years old and over. Children under 15 are free.
- Rollaway beds are available for $20 per day plus current taxes.
- Self parking is complimentary. Valet parking is $18 per day plus tax.
- Check-in begins at 3:00pm, checkout is at 12:00pm.
Suggested Customary Gratuities for Hotel Staff:
- Baggage Handling $5.00 per room, each way
- Housekeeping $3.00 per room, per day
- Room Deliveries $3.00 per room

FOR RESERVATIONS WITH MULTIPLE GUESTS IN THE ROOM:
The hotel is currently working on some enhancements for reservations that entail booking a reservation for more than one person in a room. In the meantime, they have asked that you only include ONE ATTENDEE PER RESERVATION. If you are going to share a room with another attendee, please enter the second person's name in the comments line.
