Cleanup complete at Colorado uranium mine and mill
9/29 -- A chapter in the history of the uranium industry in western Colorado closed today when EPA certified the completion of the 20-year cleanup of the Uravan Mill Superfund Site, a former uranium and vanadium mine and processing site along the San Miguel River in Montrose County. EPA proposes U.S. Magnesium facility for Superfund listing
