The fact that clearance e-mails must include a short description of new or revised material,
Clarified the fact that it is up to the author to grant a clearing official more time,

ADS Chapter 518, Personal Property Management (Domestic), has been modified. Subsection 518.3.7 has been modified to reflect the increase in the dollar
amount of gifts and decorations from foreign governments that employees may accept:
Employees may keep a gift from a foreign government if the gift is of minimal value. ("Minimal value" currently means that it has a retail value in
the U.S. of $305 or less.)
